I chose Blender, over Maya, because it is a 3d program I am much more familiar and comfortable using.

I set up the camera as per the instructions.
I was using a lab pc and didn’t have any videos on hand so I just made something very simple, as proof of concept.

I set up a circular room around the camera.

I then gave the cylinder a dark material and made a sphere with a glowing material and gave it some key frames randomly moving around the room, In my mind it was like a ghost.
At this point I realised I hadn’t changed my scene to the right FPS, I couldn’t find out fully how in the document so I had to look it up online. But luckily that was a quick fix.
While I need to upload it as a 3d video next time. I did enjoy this process and have this as a top contender for my final project.
what is also good about this is I can do the majority of it from home, as I can access youtube from there, so if I am ill or extra disabled that day I can still make progress!
